The best facial experience ever! Jenny was so good had the firming facial and my skin does not feel dry literally after one visit that speaks highly of this spa! Definitely coming back and recommending to everyone I know such a soothing and relaxing place A+++ for cleanliness and array of products so much to choose from also upon arrival and leaving they provide you with the best tasting tea if your into that.... !!DO NOT GO HERE!! 1. I bought a treatment package in January and the receptionist took it upon herself to sign me up for a diamond Facial package that I was not aware of. 2. When I booked my second appointment and went to pay afterwards, I was shocked at the price because I had only booked a treatment. The receptionist told me too bad. You already received a Facial and you have to pay for that. That is fraud. They are giving services when you are on the table that you are not aware of and then they force you to pay for it in the end. 3. When I booked my most recent treatment, they also went to charge me for a treatment that was not what I asked, for. I have only asked for laser treatments, no facials since January I even have in writing from the aesthetician that she never even gave me the laser treatment, and they are refusing to refund me for a service that I didn't ask for. They've also said they would refund the package but still haven't done so. Don't go here. I referred to Neighbor here months ago and she told me she was not going to come back because they did the same thing to her I have another friend who goes here and she also complains about the same thing and they won't let you leave until you pay for what you didn't ask for Report them to the better business bureau
